iPhone 5 users, remove the dreaded Purple Haze with Camera Fix

iPhone 5 users, remove the dreaded Purple Haze with Camera Fix:
Camera Fix is a new app from developer 01design, that aims to remove the dreaded purple haze that can affect some photos taken with the iPhone 5.

How to use: To remove that unwanted purple haze, simply launch the app, select the photo from the iPhone 5 camera roll that you want to correct, and then select one or any of the 4 real-time correction options…
  • Depurple* - Eliminates violet halos
  • Sharpen - Increases definition
  • Vibrance - Emphasises colours
  • Auto White Balance
*Tapping the eye icon that appears in the bottom left corner when the Depurple option is enabled, allows you to increase or decrease the Depurpling effect being applied to the photo.

When complete, hit save, and your corrected Depurpled image will be saved back to the camera roll.

So what do I think of Camera Fix? I don't currently have an iPhone 5 to carry out any intensive tests, but I do have a test image, which I have used, and based on this test image the app does a pretty good job, and priced at just £0.69/$0.99/€0.79, looks to be a good buy for any iPhone 5 owner, but.............. stay tune for an exclusive app preview!!
